LABELLING SERVICE
Personalised swing tags, kimbling, wash care and size labels can be inserted in-house on orders of a certain number. Prices and quantities can be discussed upon request.
COLOUR PALETTE
Colours used on-line are for illustration purposes only and may vary for actual garment. For bespoke orders, colours can be dyed to specific pantone references.
PAYMENT
For approved credit holders, Sandbag’s credit terms are strictly 30 days and are subject to normal trade references and satisfactory credit reports.
NON-
ACCOUNT HOLDERS
Payment for non-account holders shall be on a pro-forma basis prior to despatch of goods.
RETURNS
Returns will not be accepted once printed or processed by anyone other than Sandbag, or on washed or worn items. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt. Sandbag offers a full refund / exchange policy on any garments deemed faulty through manufacturing.
